Our studio offers tattooing and piercing services in a clean and friendly atmosphere from licensed artists using sterile technique. Our artists honor the timeless tradition of body art practiced cross-culturally for thousands of years throughout history. The professional artists at Calaveras Tattoo are committed to providing excellent customer service in a relaxing environment to help you make informed choices of your self-expression.
Our dedicated and passionate artists are committed to good communication and answering questions/concerns to ensure that the client receives services desired. Calaveras Tattoo is a bilingual studio. We provide an array of diverse tattoo styles, including custom designs to help you express your unique style.  Artist’s portfolios are available to view in our gallery and more at our shop. Calaveras Tattoo offers private areas, single service equipment and throw away kits.  Our studio adheres to stringent health guidelines of universal precaution and sterile equipment.

Tattoo Care:


Remove bandage within 1 to 1/2 hours.
Wash with warm water and Dial liquid antibacterial soap.
Gently pat dry with a clean towel, and allow to air dry for 20 minutes.
Apply a thin film of Aquaphor, Lubriderm or any other Skin Repair Lotion.

PICK OR SCRATCH TATTOO
SWIM OR SOAK TATTOO
TAN OR EXPOSE TATTOO TO SUN

WARNING

*Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to your tattoo or infection. Care for your new tattoo, is your responsibility.*

Piercing Care:

Do not touch your piercing unless you are cleaning it.
Only clean your piercing after you washed your hands.
Do not let anyone else touch your piercing. A little redness and a white discharge is “normal”.
Do not use alcohol, peroxide, ointments, creams, moisturizers, hand-sanitizer, perfumes, sprays, powders, oils, sun screens or hair products on/or near your piercing.

Remember:

Do not submerge your piercing in water until it heals.
Avoid tight clothing, this includes hats, belts, pantyhose, etc.
No tanning If you lose your jewelry or it falls out, we will put it back in (if possible), but a service charge will apply.
